1.) In your opinion, what is the number one issue the General Assembly needs to address immediately?
2.) In 2023, Governor Pritzker signed legislation into law that would severely restrict the ability of local county boards to set standards for wind and solar farms, by requiring counties to follow a more lax set of state standards. Do you feel that:

Wind and solar farm rules should be one standard statewide.
3.) What do you view as the main detriment to the ability of working families to make ends meet today?
High tax burden
4.) In light of historic increases in the costs of fuel, groceries, and prescriptions, Senate Republicans proposed permanently capping the sales tax on gas at just 18 cents, along with eliminating the state sales tax on food and medicine. Do you support these plans?
5.) Do you support the recent decision to eliminate cash bail and to limit the court’s ability to hold an individual accused of committing a violent crime in pre-trial detention?
6.) In 2022, the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade, the decision which legalized access to abortion. The Supreme Court’s decision effectively turns over the question of abortion to state governments. Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s decision?
